Arbhu Labs (“Arbhu Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website arbhulabs.pro (the “Site”) and provides growth, advertising, web-development, and measurement/analytics services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are (data controller/fiduciary):
Arbhu Enterprises Private Limited (operating the Arbhu Labs brand)

1. Information we collect

a. Information you give us directly

  • Contact & enquiry details — when you fill in a form (Contact, “Get my free Funnel Health Score”, audit request, or newsletter), we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, and your website/store URL.
  • Message content — anything you write to us in a form, email, or chat.
  • Client/engagement information — if you become a client, business details needed to deliver the Services (billing details, points of contact, and access you explicitly grant to your advertising, analytics, or store platforms).

b. Information we collect automatically when you visit the Site

  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

c. Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics and advertising providers (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta) and from data-enrichment tools we use in our normal business (e.g. Clay) when researching prospective clients from publicly available business information.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial-account data) through the Site.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide the free audit / Funnel Health Score you request;
  • deliver, maintain, and improve our Services and the Site;
  • communicate with you about proposals, projects, invoices, and support;
  • send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • measure and improve our own marketing and Site performance;
  • comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
  • protect against fraud, misuse, and security threats.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on: consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies), contract (to deliver Services you have engaged us for), legitimate interests (running and securing our business, responding to enquiries, B2B outreach), and legal obligation (tax/accounting). Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under the Act.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers / processors who help us operate — for example our hosting/domain provider, email provider, CRM (Zoho), automation (Make.com), enrichment (Clay), analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). These providers process data only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where necessary.
  • Authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • In a business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to run essential functions, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Because measurement is central to what we do, our own Site may use analytics and advertising pixels (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Non-essential cookies are set only where you consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. International data transfers

We are based in India and work with clients and providers across India, the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and business requirements — then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data from non-clients is retained for a reasonable period unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Under India’s DPDP Act you also have the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights and to grievance redressal.

To exercise any right, contact us at sales@arbhuenterprises.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

13. Contact & grievance officer
